startup stage goals
Purchase startup equipment and supplies: 2 nonprofit incorporation costs, medical and dental supplies including defibrillator, 5 examination kits, rapid diagnostic tests for 500, emergency medicines for 1000 and technology and curriculum to resource 300 leaders.
Strengthen initial partners: On the ground training and resourcing of 3 highly fruitful and influential leaders of Disciple Making Movements in Nicaragua, Sierra Leone and Bangladesh and at least 300 leaders that they’re connected with.
Establish startup staff: 1 full time staff who will solicit at least 1000 volunteer hours from specialists in their field. Goal to hire at least two additional part time staff by the end of Startup Stage (3 years).
